Our office is located in the Arkes Family Pavilion directly connected to Northwestern Memorial Hospital by means of a sky bridge. We are located on the 15th floor, Suite 1525.

Parking Directions
Parking is available at the Huron/Saint Clair parking garage, 222 E Huron Street. Discounted rates are available with a validated parking receipt. This can be done at customer service desks located on the first and second floors in Feinberg/Galter Pavilions, the first floor of Prentice Women’s Hospital, or at our offices. Our office will also validate your parking ticket.
Surgical Centers
Most surgeries are performed at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Downtown Chicago, directly adjacent to our office. This includes the Lavin Pavilion, Feinberg Pavilion, and Prentice Women's Hospital.
Please confirm with your surgeon where your surgery will take place. Most surgeries will be either in Lavin Pavilion or Feinberg Pavilion. Additional information about surgeries at Northwestern Memorial Hospital is available at the Northwestern website.
